Starzz Management Services (SMS) is a small, minority-owned business with an exceptional range of experience and resources. SMS operates as a Small Minority Women-Owned Business Enterprise (MWBE). SMS was established in 1991 to provide courier, mail management, Transportation/Motor Pool, and temporary staffing services to local companies in San Francisco Bay Area. Over the years, SMS has expanded core services to its customers nationwide to include facilities management, administrative, hospitality management, computer operations, medical support, project management, warehouse and distribution services.
